My Friday With Friends

                           My Friday night was fun. I spent the night being creative. Two of my friends came by. We are all different in age but it doesn't matter. The youngest man is my bestie and the other man is his boyfriend. Just ended up being this way. A unique bond. So besides the boring facts tonight was a mix of art and therapy. Perfect blend of soul wine and stress relief. The boyfriend let open and shared so deeply and so spontaneously. We did not plan such an encounter. It just fell upon us. The one thing i did differently than i have done in the past and by experienced i have learned , i recorded the session. All that release captured in voice, tone, sound. I am excited to listen and start to compose a song, poem , rap. Who knows. I am thrilled.

Long Days

    The days have been long. I have had to slow down and stay still now for at least 6 weeks due to having ankle surgery. I am healing. This healing is long over due. I was broken many years ago in so many different ways by one man. My ankle finally healing is the last straw of time i allow my past to continue to steal. I think My heart is finally over that man whom confused me so when it came to love and hate. I love him still but i hate him new. Does that even make any sense? Who knows, who cares ? It is the realest way for me to say that the more distance  between us the more love is out shadowed by hate. How dare you do those things to me ! How dare you. How could you. ?
